Sally Jones New 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ CEO

Sally Jones

Chief Executive Officer

My vision is for 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ to support primary care through removing barriers, and empower healthcare professionals, keeping the patient at the heart of every decision. We achieve this through integrated care models, cutting-edge education, and comprehensive workforce planning.

Through previous roles within the South Australian university sector, Sally has developed an understanding of the complexities and workforce challenges faced by health and medical professionals and organisations. Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders from local medical professionals to executives in educational institutions, health networks and departmental agencies, Sally has a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of health services.

Sarah Hills

General Manager, Business Operations

I am excited to support our people here at 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ so they work in an environment with contemporary HR standards where they feel looked after, which in turn reflects the desire for innovation and excellence in what 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ does in the primary care space.

As 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ’s Chief People and Culture Officer, Sarah is responsible for working collaboratively across the organisation to provide professional human resource support and advice to staff, assistance and direction on a diverse range of HR areas particularly during periods of change and uncertainty.

Leanne March

General Manager – Shared Care Programs

My focus lies in improving clinical care by translating discoveries into practice, with the ultimate goal of advancing towards a research and digitally enabled organisation supportive of primary care.

I am a transformational leader, driven by my passion for driving innovative change and delivering outcomes. Witnessing the inefficiencies and unsafe practices resulting from a paper-based healthcare system, I became obsessed with improving health outcomes through digital and data-driven approaches, and advocate for building digital health capability and interoperability across the system.

I have more than 30 years’ experience in healthcare, in both clinical and non-clinical roles. My background as a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse, combined with an MBA and Diploma in Accounting have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to make a difference to patient outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed complex projects, and for the past six years, GP Shared Care Programs, including our SA Statewide GP Obstetric Shared Care Program.

Tin Huynh

General Manager of Education and Services Growth

Working at 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ allows me to contribute to the broader primary care ecosystem in a meaningful way, and is a constant reminder of why I chose a career in healthcare.

Tin has over a decade of leadership experience in medical-related businesses and holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide as well as a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of South Australia.

Previously the Head of Business Development and General Manager at Better Medical, Tin drove new business opportunities, operational efficiencies, and revenue diversification across 67 clinics in South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, and Victoria.

His deep expertise in healthcare operations, business development and his adeptness at fostering strong relationships position him exceptionally well to lead the strategic growth of all health services and products at 51ÔÚÏßÊÓƵ.

Kathryn Presser AM

Kathryn’s strong leadership has been further refined over 42 years part-time in the Australian Army, where she holds the rank of Major. She also currently holds a number of Board and Advisory roles in the finance, government and not-for-profit sectors, overseeing financial reporting, audit and risk.  Kathryn has tertiary qualifications in accounting, corporate governance, leadership and risk management, and holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
